What's Causing This Fast Hair Growth?

I am now 8 weeks post relaxer. My hair normally grows very slow IMO, but i am noticing that my hair has grown an inch in the past eight weeks. What can be causing this faster growth? Well, i believe it's the combination of some of the new additions to my regimen. I have been taking hair, skin, and nail vitamins, along with MSM and a regular multi-vitamin. I have replaced my mult-vitamin with prenatal vitamins. I also have add JBCO (Jamaican Black Castor Oil). I apply 2x week on wash days. I am not sure if i'm having a growth spurt or this combo is what is doing it, but i hope it continues
